Our client asked us to transform the existing patio around her home and create contemporary style around the outdoor space. Ease of access through lounge and kitchen doors was a requirement. Our client wanted an effortless transition from the indoors to the outdoors and without having a large drop down to the patio.

We recommended the iGarden porcelain patio system with its lightweight steel sub frame to be installed OVER the existing natural stone patio. Installing the sub frame to accurate measurements to create a large patio that wrapped around the property perimeter. With the sub frame installed on support pedestals, the level frame can be raised to height and quality outdoor porcelain tiles can be quickly installed.

Accurate measurements are recorded for sub frame design and off-site manufacturing. A technical drawing is prepared and interpreted into a design-visual. Our client can visualise the patio layouts, finished outdoor spaces, and choose from a range of quality outdoor porcelain tiles that complement the home exterior. From design-drawing to sub frame manufacturing, the unique patio system is delivered ready for our installation team.
