We have a great portfolio of current and past blue chip clients where we undertake regular maintenance.
Birmingham Audi on the Stratford Road, Solihull (the largest UK Audi dealership) have been commercial clients since 2006! Listers Land Rover (also on the Stratford Road) joined and others such as Honda have followed based on 'business-to-business' recommendations. The list of commercial clients is extensive. We also have national property management businesses engaging our services for their clients across the country - whether for general site maintenance, one-off pieces of work or for emergencies. Whether it's regular lawn and shrub maintenance throughout the year, weed control on block paving, a simple litter pick once a month, hedges that need trimming twice a year or one-off service just prior to a brand audit (or visit by the CEO!) we can do it! You may have a special need to remove large trees or plant new greenery/hedging or repair fencing caused by vandalism. If so we'll embrace the work and do it for you. Typically, we liaise with and take instruction from the on-site 'house or site manager' or estate representative. Some work processes require liaison with centralised corporate purchasing teams who need estimates and risk assessments etc before any work is approved and starts. We're proud of what we do for all clients but do recognise the need to take away the load and worry off the business owner, 'house-manager' or estate representative. Tell us what you want, when you want it and when and how you want to be kept informed. Then leave it to us! We can prepare formal risk assessment documents if you need compliance to your internal health and safety processes. We'll check with you periodically and you can instruct us differently as time moves forward! Finally, some business have exceptional service needs such as high gutter clearance or side of building cleaning and we'll be pleased to discuss those with you.
